When did we stop calling things for what they are?  If you are rioting and destroying property you are not a protester and are not entitled to any Constitutional protections.  If you are rioting and destroying property then you are a criminal and should be prosecuted as such.

  1. I'd suggest that you retain your constitutional protections even when you're breaking the law unless the next time you're speeding you're saying it's fine with you if the police use shotguns to stop you instead of that red & blue light.

    You also have to deal with the people in the original tea party. Were they also just criminals or was something else also going on?
